Day 1: Arrival in Jammu – Transfer to Srinagar

Upon arrival at Jammu railway station or airport, begin your scenic journey towards Srinagar (approx. 8–9 hours). Drive through picturesque landscapes, mountain passes, and charming towns. On arrival in Srinagar, check into your hotel or houseboat and relax.

Day 2: Srinagar Local Sightseeing – Gardens & Lakes

After breakfast, explore the famous Mughal Gardens – Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Chashme Shahi, known for their royal history and floral beauty. Visit the sacred Shankaracharya Temple perched atop a hill with views of the Dal Lake. Later in the evening, enjoy a serene Shikara ride on Dal Lake.

Day 3: Excursion to Gulmarg – Snow & Scenic Views

Post breakfast, embark on a day trip to Gulmarg (approx. 2 hours). Known for its lush meadows and snow activities, Gulmarg offers a chance to ride the world-famous Gondola cable car to Apharwat Peak. Enjoy breathtaking views and snow play. Return to Srinagar by evening.

Day 4: Excursion to Sonmarg – Valley of Gold

After breakfast, head out for a full-day excursion to Sonmarg (approx. 2.5–3 hours). Admire the pristine beauty of the Sindh River and majestic glaciers. Enjoy optional activities like a pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier. Return to Srinagar by evening.

Day 5: Srinagar to Pahalgam – On the Banks of Lidder

Check out after breakfast and drive to Pahalgam (approx. 2.5–3 hours). En route, visit Awantipura Ruins and Saffron Fields at Pampore. Upon arrival, enjoy a peaceful walk by the Lidder River or go for an optional pony ride to Baisaran Valley.

Day 6: Pahalgam Sightseeing – Aru & Betaab Valley

After breakfast, explore the surrounding attractions of Pahalgam. Visit Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari (subject to road conditions and local transport). These lush valleys are perfect for nature lovers and photographers.

Day 7: Pahalgam to Srinagar – Free Evening

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and return to Srinagar. The evening is free for leisure or local market shopping – ideal for buying authentic Kashmiri handicrafts, pashmina shawls, and dry fruits.

Day 9: Departure from Srinagar – Back to Jammu

After breakfast, check out and proceed back to Jammu for your onward journey (via road or flight/train). You’ll leave with unforgettable memories of the serene Kashmir Valley.
