9-Day Himachal Discovery Tour: Shimla to Dalhousie
Day 1: Arrival in Chandigarh – Transfer to Shimla
On arrival at Chandigarh Airport/Railway Station, meet our representative and begin your journey to Shimla. En route, enjoy scenic views of the Himalayan foothills and charming hill villages. Reach Shimla by evening and check into your hotel. Spend some time walking on Mall Road and soaking in the colonial charm.

Day 2: Shimla Sightseeing – Kufri Excursion
After breakfast, head for an excursion to Kufri, a scenic hill spot just 16 km away, famous for its nature park, yak rides, and panoramic views. Return to Shimla and visit the Jakhoo Temple, The Ridge, Christ Church, and Scandal Point. The evening is free for shopping and leisure activities on Mall Road.

Day 3: Shimla to Manali (Via Kullu)
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Manali. Enjoy a picturesque drive through the beautiful valleys of Kullu, known for its apple orchards and river rafting. Stop at Pandoh Dam and Kullu Shawl Factory en route. Arrive in Manali by evening and check into your hotel.

Day 4: Manali Local Sightseeing
Begin the day with a visit to the famous Hadimba Devi Temple, nestled in deodar trees. Continue to Manu Temple, Vashisht Hot Water Springs, and the Tibetan Monastery. Enjoy some free time at Mall Road, where you can shop for woollens, handicrafts, and souvenirs.

Day 5: Excursion to Solang Valley / Rohtang Pass (Optional)
After breakfast, enjoy an excursion to Solang Valley, a hub for adventure sports like paragliding, snow scooter riding, and ropeways. Depending on the season and availability of permits, you can also visit Rohtang Pass (optional) for snow-capped mountain views and fun in the snow.

Day 6: Manali to Dharamshala
Today, after breakfast, head towards Dharamshala – a peaceful hill town and the spiritual home of the Dalai Lama. Drive through stunning mountain landscapes and reach by evening. Check-in at the hotel and relax.

Day 7: Dharamshala Local Sightseeing – Transfer to Dalhousie
Explore Dharamshala in the morning with visits to Bhagsunag Temple & Waterfall, Namgyal Monastery, Dal Lake, and the Tibetan Museum. Then, proceed to Dalhousie, a serene hill station known for its British colonial architecture and natural beauty. Check-in upon arrival.

Day 8: Dalhousie & Khajjiar Excursion
Today, enjoy a full-day excursion to Khajjiar, famously known as the "Mini Switzerland of India." Surrounded by deodar forests, Khajjiar features a beautiful meadow and a small lake. On the way, visit Panchpula and Satdhara Falls. Return to Dalhousie in the evening.

Day 9: Dalhousie to Chandigarh – Departure
After breakfast, check out and drive back to Chandigarh. Upon reaching, you will be dropped at the railway station/airport for your onward journey with sweet memories of a wonderful Himachal tour.
